Name: Samir bin Abdul Razzaq bin Salih bin (Mohammad Morad) Al-Shawabka.
Birthplace: Al-Fawar Camp / Hebron, in the year 1384 AH (1963 AD).
Residence: Amman - Jordan.
Beliefs: Sunni, Salafi in creed, moderate in approach, does not reject any opposing party.
School of Thought: Shafi'i school.
Interests: His main concern is the awakening of the Islamic nation, through his center that he established in Amman, to spread his thought and call (Imam "Abu Abdullah" Al-Shafi'i's Scientific Center). He has unparalleled political awareness, in accordance with the understanding of the text and reality.

His upbringing:
He began to seek knowledge when he was 18 years old, starting with learning and memorizing the Holy Quran,
Then he studied a little from the readings and studied the language, principles, jurisprudence, beliefs,
interpretation, history, biography, jurisprudential rules, purposes, Hadith, its explanation,
the principles of authentication, logic, sects, poetry, literature, and other sciences.
He grew up in mosques - thanks to God Almighty and His generosity - then he expanded after that, he moved
and moved to several mosques where he teaches what he learned, then expanded at the level of the Hashemite Kingdom
of Jordan, until students sought him from everywhere, even from outside the Kingdom.
His studies:
He pursued his academic studies, first studied accounting, then moved to study Sharia at
the College of Islamic Sciences - Al-Luweibdeh in Amman, then afterwards God enabled him to obtain a
doctorate in the fundamentals of jurisprudence from Alexandria University - Egypt.
Also, he holds authorizations of sciences from the elders of people of knowledge, in the Hadith, language, jurisprudence, and others, and he is authorized:
From Sheikh Al-Habashi Al-Muammar with the books of Sunnah.
From Sheikh Al-Nahas, he is authorized by the confirmation of the Prince.
From Sheikh Al-Umrani, he is authorized by him with the books of Al-Shawkani and all his narrations.

His Da'wah Efforts:
The Sheikh perseveres in calling to the Book and the Sunnah for consecutive years, without fatigue or exhaustion. He frequently travels within and outside the Kingdom to spread the true religion of Allah, refuting the accusations of extremism, religious excess, and the rejection of the opposing party. He continues to do this to this day.
This has enriched his presence and increased his students within and outside the Kingdom, even at the level of world countries. It is difficult to count or enumerate the students, but among them are the Sheikh Doctor, the preacher, the doctor, the teacher, the nurse, the engineer... etc., all sorts of sciences and crafts, from both men and women, many of his students hold international degrees.
He attended and participated in several conferences, seminars, international, global, regional, and national meetings, both within and outside the Kingdom.

Note: The Sheikh worked as a teacher in Riyadh in 1988-1989, which allowed him to meet Sheikh Ibn Baz and others there.

The Stairs to Access the Inheritance of the Prophet, Refuting the Fundamentals of Excommunication, the Limits of Faith, Issues in Jihad (co-authored), Refinement of the Explanation of Tahawi Creed.
He also has complete scientific and Dawah series from recorded and filmed tapes, all of which are available on his own website and on Imam Shafi'i's website.
He has many opinions, but he doesn't have an unusual opinion due to his firm adherence to the opinions of the leading scholars.

The Sheikh was influenced in knowledge and Dawah by great Imams, from the Companions he was influenced by the jurisprudence of Omar and his inference and his care for interests, from the Imams by Shafi'i, from the scholars by Bukhari, Ibn Abdul Barr, Ibn Taymiyyah, Al-Subki, Al-Albani, Ibn Bayah.
